rice cake situation that's become a daily thing
Right so I know rice cakes sound a bit sad but hear me out.
I've been doing this thing where I spread a thick layer of almond butter on two rice cakes, slice half a banana on top and then just a tiny drizzle of honey. That's it. Done in literally two minutes and it actually keeps me going until lunch which — honestly — a lot of breakfasts don't.
I sometimes stir a bit of collagen into my matcha alongside it and that's basically my whole morning sorted before I even have to think about what year 4 are going to throw at me.
The banana and almond butter combo is that's proper lovely, I can't explain why it works so well on rice cakes but it just does. I've tried it with peanut butter too and it's fine but almond butter is the one tbh.
