smoothie that doesn't require me to think

Right so I've done my fifth breakfast post this week apparently and I'm not even sorry. This one's different though because it genuinely requires zero brain at 7am. Frozen banana, handful of oats, splash of milk, whatever fruit's going soft in the bowl. Blitz it. Done. I sometimes throw in a bit of matcha powder if I remember but honestly it's fine without. The frozen banana thing is the bit I wish someone had told me earlier — it makes it thick without needing yoghurt or ice or anything. I was chucking out soft bananas for years like a muppet.
